EF77 Terms and Conditions – Rules, Policies & Player Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and EF77 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the EF77 website at ef77.click, creating an account, making any deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using EF77 immediately and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

EF77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a notice displayed on the EF77 platform before the changes take effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Account Registration

To use EF77's real-money gaming services, you must register an account. When registering on EF77, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and a password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.

2.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one EF77 account. Operating multiple accounts – whether under the same identity or different identities – is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances in duplicate accounts will be voided without notice.

2.2 Account Verification

EF77 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. This may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of payment method ownership, or proof of address. EF77 may suspend withdrawal processing until verification is complete. Providing false documentation is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your EF77 account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify EF77 support immediately via the platform's live chat or by email. EF77 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

EF77 is a real-money gaming platform. Participation is strictly limited to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using EF77.
• You must be the account holder and acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an EF77 employee.
• Your account must not be subject to any self-exclusion period, whether active or recently expired, without explicit reinstatement by EF77 support.

EF77 takes age verification seriously. If there is reasonable suspicion that a player is underage, EF77 will immediately suspend the account and conduct verification. If the player is found to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be voided, and deposited funds will be returned minus any amounts already withdrawn.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

EF77 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. EF77 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your EF77 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases of payment network delays, crediting may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit is not credited within 1 hour, contact EF77 support with your transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from EF77 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player accounts from unauthorised withdrawals. EF77's standard withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank IBFT transfers may take 1–12 hours depending on banking hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500
• Standard daily withdrawal limit: Rs 50,000 (higher limits available for VIP Club members)
• All deposits must have been wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted, unless otherwise specified
• EF77 reserves the right to request verification documentation before processing any withdrawal

5. Bonuses & Promotions

EF77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual offer. Where specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific offer terms take precedence.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New EF77 players who make their first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus as advertised on the platform at the time of registration. Welcome bonus eligibility, amounts, and wagering requirements are specified in the promotion details displayed at the time of the offer. EF77 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or replace the welcome bonus at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an offer's specific terms, all bonuses on EF77 are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount and any winnings generated from it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be clearly stated in the offer terms. Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

EF77 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, colluding with other players, or using automated software to generate bonus clearing activity. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended, all bonus winnings voided, and the original deposit returned at EF77's discretion.

5.4 VIP Club Cashback

EF77 VIP Club members receive weekly cashback payments based on their tier. VIP cashback carries no wagering requirements and is credited as withdrawable cash. 5.5 Refer a Friend Programme

EF77's Refer a Friend programme allows existing players to earn PKR rewards by inviting new players to join. Referral bonuses are credited upon the referred player completing their first deposit and meeting minimum wagering criteria. Self-referrals and referrals of existing EF77 accounts are not permitted. 6. Gameplay & Fairness

All games available on EF77 – including sports betting markets, casino games, Teen Patti variants, Ludo Games, and jackpot slots – operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino and sports betting, real-world event outcomes. EF77's RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure statistically fair and unpredictable outcomes.

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting on EF77 is settled based on official results from the relevant sporting body. EF77 reserves the right to void, suspend, or re-price markets prior to the start of an event in the event of obvious pricing errors, late team news, or market abnormalities. Bets placed after an event has started on markets that should have been suspended will be voided.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session on EF77, the platform will attempt to restore the session to its last known valid state. If restoration is not possible, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet. EF77 is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

6.3 Disputed Outcomes

Any dispute about a game outcome or bet settlement must be submitted to EF77 support within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes submitted after this period will not be reviewed. EF77's decision on game outcomes and bet settlements, made after reviewing available evidence, is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on EF77 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the EF77 platform
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes
• Colluding with other players in card games, tournaments, or any other game format
• Using funds known or suspected to originate from illegal activity
• Creating accounts using false personal information or another person's identity
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with EF77's systems or games
• Sharing your account credentials with others or allowing third parties to play on your account
• Placing bets on behalf of another person who is ineligible to hold an EF77 account
• Using VPN, proxy, or other tools to misrepresent your location for the purpose of circumventing restrictions

8. Responsible Gaming

EF77 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary to provide the EF77 service – for example, with payment processors to complete transactions, with identity verification providers during KYC checks, and with fraud prevention services.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the EF77 platform – including but not limited to the EF77 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text content, graphics, software code, and promotional materials – is the exclusive intellectual property of EF77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the EF77 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any EF77 content without prior written permission.

Scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of data from EF77's website or games is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorised use of EF77's intellectual property will result in account termination and may be subject to legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

EF77 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While EF77 takes all reasonable steps to ensure service reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EF77 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings
• Any loss arising from system downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond EF77's reasonable control
• Any loss resulting from a player's failure to follow these Terms
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of EF77
• Actions taken by third parties, including payment providers, that affect transaction processing times

EF77's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's EF77 wallet at the time the claim arises.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your EF77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed. If you have an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed upon account closure. Your deposited principal (minus any amounts already withdrawn) will be returned via your registered payment method.

12.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension

EF77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of violation of these Terms
• The account holder is found to be ineligible (underage, duplicate account, restricted jurisdiction)
• Fraudulent, money-laundering, or criminal activity is suspected
• The account poses unacceptable risk to the integrity of EF77's platform or other players
• A valid self-exclusion request has been submitted

In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, EF77 may freeze account balances pending investigation. Balances may be withheld if the investigation confirms misconduct. EF77 will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies as required.

12.3 Inactive Accounts

An EF77 account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. EF77 may apply a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 to inactive accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email before inactivity fees commence. Reactivating your account by logging in will stop inactivity fees from applying.

13. Amendments to These Terms

EF77 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, EF77 will notify registered players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the EF77 platform, giving at least 7 days' notice before the new terms take effect.

Minor changes – such as clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, or formatting updates – may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Continuing to use EF77 after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should stop using EF77 and close your account before the revised Terms take effect.
